These Terms and Conditions and Service Policies ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between users of the top333 platform and top333. By accessing this platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms, so please read them carefully before entering.

If you do not agree with any provision in this Agreement, you are asked not to continue using this platform. top333 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

If top333 needs to verify a player's identity, the player must submit a savings account registration document or identity card (National ID / Passport). Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

You can deposit at top333 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank transfer. The minimum amount per deposit is 20,000 Ks; amounts below this will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum amount per withdrawal is 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• If the bank account or payment service used for a withdrawal does not match the name provided at registration, the request may be declined.
• Payments are returned via the original deposit channel — if you deposited with KBZPay, the withdrawal will be sent back to that same KBZPay account.

3.3 Fraudulent Financial Activity

If top333 suspects fraudulent financial activity, communications and deposit/withdrawal services will be suspended pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, action will be taken in accordance with applicable laws.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at top333, you can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount.

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive a 40,000 Ks bonus → total balance 60,000 Ks. Wagering required = 40,000 × 20 = 800,000 Ks
• Deposit 120,000 Ks → receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum) → total balance 220,000 Ks. Wagering required = 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The specific terms applicable to each bonus are stated on the promotions page or the relevant offer links.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the minimum wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• top333 may cancel a bonus if any fraudulent activity is detected.
• If a player runs more than one bonus at the same time, those bonuses may be voided.

4.3 VIP Card Programme

5.1 Actions Players Must Not Take

• Using tools that intercept past transactions at values above their original amount
• Identifying and exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair gain
• Engaging in bonus abuse tactics to extract value while circumventing bonus conditions
• Pressuring another person to play on the platform without their consent
• Submitting false information to top333

5.2 Player Responsibilities

6.1 top333's Right to Act

If a breach of any term in this agreement is found, top333 may close the player's account without prior notice and suspend or confiscate any associated funds.

6.2 Termination by Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact 24/7 Live Chat to submit the request. After the account balance is checked, any bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the remaining balance is returned. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will not be returned.

7.1 Service Limitations

top333 strives to operate its service around the clock (24/7), but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or unexpected incidents. In such cases, top333 commits to protecting players' data and funds.

7.2 Third-Party Services
